If you purchase a software product or website template from the Prosirius Public Safety website you are entitled to support on that specific product.

There are several ways to contact us for support:

Depending upon the nature of the issue, telephone support may be billable at current support rates. Bug reporting calls are always free.

When using email support, a response is normally sent  within 48 hours of receipt. Issues that require programming or bug corrections will be answered within 48 hours, however resolution may take longer.

For web-based software and website templates, installation assistance is available at current support rates for those customers who prefer us to assist with installing their software or setup of a web server.

Future Upgrades:

As a licensed user of our Public Safety software (not including website templates), you are entitled to download free in-version upgrades from the Prosirius Public Safety site as they become available. For example, if you purchase a 1.0 release, you get 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc. free of charge. Re-purchase is required to receive a 2.0 or newer release and all subsequent major (3.x, 4.x, etc) releases.

Freeware:

All of our Freeware software is provided As-Is with no warranty or liability implied. Program bugs or errors can be reported on the customer forums only and phone / email support is not available.
