We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the purchase of any products from the Prosirius Public Safety website. We strive to assure the purchaser they are getting an application that is as error free as possible and all of our software has been tested internally and by beta test customers prior to release and posting on the website.
Although we would like to have a full refund policy, the possibility of piracy is extremely high with the online sale of software products. Because of this growing problem and since these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, you will not be given a refund after you have downloaded the product and/or received a product unlock key.
We may make exception for special circumstances. Contact our sales department at sales@prosirius.com if you feel you require a refund and let's talk about it.
