Canadian Vehicle Specs (CVS) is a mobile computing version of the popular Canadian Vehicle Specifications System program for desktop PCs distributed by the Canadian Association of Technical Accident Investigators & Reconstructionists (CATAIR). CVS contains all of the features and data found on the desktop version but can be easily stored in your pocket on your PDA or other mobile device. As with the desktop version, CVS allows you to view the output in metric or imperial units and covers years 1971 to 2009.

CVS for Mobile Computing is available as freeware for Windows Mobile / Pocket PC (CVSWm), Windows Smartphone (CVSSp) and the Palm (CVSPalm) operating systems.

To conserve memory on your handheld device, CVS allows the installation of databases for only the year(s) that you want to use.
