Administration
- This is where it all begins. The Administration module allows
you to create new sites, change site appearance to meet your unique
brand, maintain database tables and manage user activity.
Calendar
- A group calendar with much more than daily and monthly views.
Here you post public and private events and see what jobs are due
soon and what's late. A convenient contact lookup allows you to
quickly get that phone number or email address.
Two more great features are available
on the Calendar page. Site Announcements lets you post messages
to user-defined groups. The messages stay visible for three days
and can be formatted with bold, italics, various font sizes and
even smileys. The Search option allows you to quickly search your
Intranet site or the web.
Contacts
- Full-scale contact management. In the Contact module you
add, edit, delete contacts and run custom reports. Managers with
the right privileges can move, copy and bulk delete contacts so
no more calling your IT department when an employee starts or leaves
the company.
Job
and Workflow Management - Whether you're requesting a photo
shoot or running a big IT project, the Jobs module can help. Once
created, jobs automatically show on the calendar and can follow
a pre-determined workflow. At each step in the workflow, the job
automatically notifies the appropriate party by email or calendar
event. To make sure you don't miss the little things, To-Do lists,
expenses and notes can be attached to open jobs.
Equipment
- Keeping track of expensive photography or computer equipment is
made easy with NDO's Equipment module. We let you track manufacturer,
model, serial number, purchase date, price, location and who's using
it. Managers can run custom reports and reassigned equipment as
needed.
Expenses
- NDO didn't forget the Business Office. Expense tracking is available
for all jobs. You create the expense types and payment methods and
we let you enter dates, amounts, location and purpose. An expense
report by job or contact makes reporting a snap.
Document
Sharing - NDO helps your company maintain and share important
documents. Not only can authorized individuals upload files, but
they can also include a description and notes on each document.
Documents are automatically linked and put in user-defined categories
for easy retrieval. To get you started, we've included basic newsroom
photography contracts and releases.
