1. How can Prosirius ClubSite help my organization?
Prosirius ClubSite is an Internet based application that manages not only your website but membership as well. Our customers find that communication within their organization is improved and their members enjoy using Prosirius ClubSite.
Prosirius ClubSite makes it easy to generate revenue for your organization. From selling apparel, equipment or other items online to accepting Google AdSense advertising or running your own advertising program you can "bring home the bacon" for your organization.
With Prosirius ClubSite you pay a single upfront fee to license the software and never pay Prosirius Technologies again until the next major (2.0, 3.0, 4.0) release. All minor releases (1.1, 1.2, 1.3) are free to licensed organizations. With the exception of selling products online or accepting membership payments through PayPal or Google Checkout, you never pay a per transaction, per member or other convenience fee.

3. Can I get Prosirius ClubSite today?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation from PayPal following your payment. A notification of payment is sent to Prosirius Technologies and typically in less than 10 minutes you will receive an email from us containing a login User Name and Password to download the product. Please allow up to 24 hours since there could be a problem with the payment, data transmission or mail servers can be slow at times.
4. How long do I have to download my purchase?
You have 7 days following our notification to you to download your copy of Prosirius ClubSite or template.
5. Can I pay by check?
Yes. US and Canadian customers please contact our sales department at sales@prosirius.com or 800-516-2505 (US Eastern 10am to 5pm, Mon-Fri) for details.
6. What do I need to use Prosirius ClubSite?
In general you need access to a Microsoft Windows Internet server and the ability to upload files to this server. Please see the Requirements page for a complete list.
7. Do you offer customization services?
Yes, we do! We can design the perfect website for your organization. Please contact our Support Department for more info.
8. What support levels do you offer?
You get free support by email or forums on prosirius.com. Additionally, we offer low cost telephone support and on-site installation and training if you'd like (pre-payment required).
9. Can I get a refund after purchase?
Since these are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, you generally cannot get a refund after downloading. We may make exception for special circumstances. Contact our sales department at sales@prosirius.com if you feel you require a refund.
10. Will you install Prosirius ClubSite for me?
Yes. The basic charge is $50.00 USD to install Prosirius ClubSite (standard or premium edition) on a server of your choice. If you let us know what theme you'd like installed (you get three for free), we can do that too.
11. I already have a web address. Can I use it?
Yes. If you already have a website address (also called domain name or URL), you can use it with Prosirius ClubSite. If you already have a web hosting account (such as GoDaddy, Rackspace or 1and1 Hosting), please make sure that it is compatible with Microsoft Windows Internet Information Server. If you need help with this, email sales@prosirius.com and we'll take a look.

13. Can Prosirius ClubSite handle over 1000 members?
Yes. This depends largely on the quality of your web-hosting vendor and we recommend GoDaddy.com. For sites smaller than 1000 members we suggest using an Access database. For larger sites you'll want to use either MySQL or SQL Server. Prosirius ClubSite works with all three database technologies.
14. Is Prosirius ClubSite easy to use?
The answer is "it depends". Many different organizations use Prosirius ClubSite and along with those organizations come people with different technical skill levels. Most site administrators find Prosirius ClubSite easy to run. Please see our testimonials page for their comments. For membership administration, it's a breeze compared to maintaining a list by hand or sorting through multiple copies of Excel files to see which one has been updated last.
